Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the serial number of your NIIMBOT device to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all components including charging cables, sample labels, and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for verification.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the device to confirm its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
